1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email and encrypted password), records of your activations and wallet transactions, and minimal technical data (IP address, browser and approximate country) for security, fraud prevention and traffic statistics.

SMS messages received on virtual numbers are stored so you can see them in your history.

2. How we use data

To provide the service, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.

Traffic statistics use an anonymous daily identifier, with no third-party tracking cookies.

3. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with number providers (the requested country and service, never your personal data), payment processors and authorities when required by law.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct or request deletion of your data under the GDPR, LGPD and applicable laws by contacting support. Some financial records must be kept for the period required by law.

5. Security

Passwords are stored with strong hashing, sessions are protected and internal access to data is restricted and recorded in audit logs.
